Meet Mark 

Mark has 23 years of clinical expertise in Active Release Techniques, Medical Massage and rehab-oriented Personal Training. He works with New Yorkers from all walks of life and treats both the symptoms AND the underlying causes of one's injury and pain in order to create sustainable results. He successfully treats a very wide array of chronic injuries that range from shoulder impingement to back pain to hip labrum tears, hamstring strains and plantar fascitis. He trains a diverse array of client populations that include pre and postnatal, post-Physical Therapy patients, middle-aged and older adults with moderate to high risk factors, people with orthopedic limitations and high performing young adults.
