Medical Massage / Active Release Techniques

For clients dealing with pain, injury, tightness or restricted movement, Mark uses clinically proven medical massage and Active Release Techniques to address the soft tissue restrictions and movement patterns that may be contributing to the issue.


Sessions are focused, specific and designed to go beyond temporary relief. Through biomechanics assessments and innovative treatments, Mark’s goals are to eliminate pain and treat the underlying causes for sustainable relief.

Customized fitness regimens and workouts for New Yorkers tailored to your unique physiology and goals. Rebuild and reshape your body and lifestyle through postural and movement analyses, foundational exercises and a tailored stability, mobility and strength program specifically crafted for you..

Deep Tissue / Sports Massage

For soreness, recovery, injury prevention and performance support, deep tissue and sports massage sessions are designed to help your body reset and recover.


This is ideal for active clients, athletes, dancers, performers and anyone whose body carries the stress of work, training, travel, or daily life. Two locations, both in the heart of New York City.

Meet Mark 

Mark has spent more than 23 years helping New Yorkers recover from pain, prevent injuries and move with greater strength and confidence. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, highly trained Active Release Techniques provider and Personal Trainer, Mark brings together hands-on treatment and movement expertise in a way that is hard to find in one provider. His approach is detailed, collaborative and highly personalized, helping clients understand what is happening in their bodies and what to do next. He treats a wide array of orthopedic injuries that ranges from shoulder impingements to low back pain to plantar fasciitis. He trains a wide range of clients from prenatal to older adults to clients with significant injury histories. He believes in treating the symptoms and the underlying causes, helping his clients gain insight and lasting relief.
